Lenz Construction is set to continue our growth in 2024. Looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to help accomplish our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and mentor a team of sales reps, using our proven sales method
- Coach sales rep to maximize potential
- Help present topics in weekly sales meeting
- Close deals with new reps to train and maximize performance
- Help manage sales team pipeline and to stay organized in CRM
Qualifications:
- Top candiates will have experience in exterior storm restoration sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to probelm solve and close deals with your team
- Exceptional communication and the ability to diffuse a situation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to set goals and adjust milestones to accomplish
Compensation:
- Base commision on managed sales rep
