Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance in their assigned regions by developing and executing the overall strategy, leading, and developing their team, and nurturing internal relationships.
Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Potential Earnings: $175k - $190k 25% bonus plan
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for the Northeast quarter of the US, plus eastern Canada
- Leads and manages the execution of direct, Rep, and distributor annual sales targets for their assigned regions.
- Lead and develop direct reports as well as the next generation of RSM’s.
- Execute the growth strategy in their region as set by the VP of Sales & Marketing
- Willingness to travel 30-50%
Qualifications Include:
- 5 years of actual high-performance sales management
- Sales management experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries.
- Experience with multi-channel sales approaches
- Technical undergraduate degree MBA (Preferred)
