What we need:

Our Managed IT division offers a broad array of technology solutions for small and medium businesses throughout the Las Vegas area, including managed services, VOIP telephony systems, low-voltage cabling services, and integrated security camera systems. We're looking for an ambitious and experienced manager for our team of IT sales executives. The ideal candidate would have a background in IT sales--Managed IT services, software, or hardware--and have spent at least 5 to 7 years selling (and at least one or two in sales management) before joining Les Olson. We want an IT sales manager who excels at building a culture of achievement among their team, and who inspires individual members to meet and surpass their quotas (which you'll help create). We need a manager who will go above and beyond to uncover and unleash their sales reps' potential. The ideal candidate will also want to exercise their own sales chops frequently, especially as an assist in closing critical deals engineered by team members.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and can't sleep at night knowing they haven't kept their CRM up-to-date with all account and prospecting activities (we use Salesforce). You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

What You'll Do:

  • Alongside the branch manager, be actively involved in helping your team promote and sell MIT/Solutions by supporting your account executives in the sales process, helping to build selling and technical skills.
  • Work with Chief Sales Officer, corporate IT Sales Manager, and Branch Manager on establishing quotas for IT account executives, and work with account executives to support them in meeting and exceeding those quotas.
  • Assist sales team with sales appointments.
  • Meet one-on-one with team members on a weekly basis to review their upcoming appointments and provide them with needed support.
  • Follow up with clients on a regular basis to look for opportunities to expand their current solutions.
