Job Details
Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale.
Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ideal Candidates :
- Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
- Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
- Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
- Support their fellow cooks.
- Must be available for AM shift
