Base Salary - $55,000 to $75,000 (DOE)

To that end, we are looking for a dynamic recruiter, who is looking to develop their skills and experiences by initially focusing on higher volume, entry-level to mid-level, manufacturing and manufacturing support roles.
As they continue their growth with our HR team, they may also recruit for other roles in Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance / Accounting, Engineering, and more.
They will also have the opportunity to help with the administration of our annual internship programs, in addition to other great organizations and programs here at L&S.
For over 100 years, we’ve manufactured high-quality products right here in the USA. We still operate out of our Oregon-based factory to this day, producing innovative, battle-proven optics for the world's most relentless hunters, shooters, law enforcement officers, and military personnel.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist :
Source candidates to meet current and future talent needs. Connect with potential candidates, ensure a great candidate experience, and position Leupold & Stevens as an employer of choice.
Source potential candidates through online channels including social media, professional networks, and influencer marketing sites.
Create engaging content that can be customized across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat.
Deliver and maintaining content on all employment and talent related online platforms.
Identify an appropriate mix of media to connect with different talent communities (phone, email, text, social media, etc.
Help to develop a strategy for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
Incorporate talent brand messaging into recruiting processes and creating employment branding content for recruitment programs.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Talent Acquisition Specialist :
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing or human resources or related field and 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience desired.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Work Environment for a Talent Acquisition Specialist :
Normal office environment and exposure to manufacturing operations.
