HYBRID position (out of state applications will be considered)

Success is measured through metrics and plans are optimized to deliver on goals and investment impact. All our work is strategically focused with an eye on creating and developing strong relationships with customers, deepening engagement with the client’s brand, and encouraging customer demand and action. Media plays a vital role in this work and we are looking to invite the right individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of client media campaigns
- Work as part of cross-functional agency team to develop and implement plans that measurably build brands and drive demand
- Serve as a source for best practices – within the Agency and among our Clients
- Work closely with the creative and account teams to solve problems and innovate on behalf of our clients
- Research and lead the adoption of progressive and out-of-the-box media approaches and channels
- Plan and present media recommendations
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign results
- Manage budgets, authorizations, insertion orders, change orders and reconciliations
- Negotiate market-competitive rates and custom deliverables
- Implement and optimize media plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of media planning and negotiation experience
- Strong digital/interactive/social media skill set along with in-depth knowledge of broadcast, print and outdoor
- Proven track record with demand generation techniques
- Interest and experience in SEM and social media marketing
- Ability to work on multiple projects with short deadlines
- Experience analyzing complex data, market research and formulating actionable plans
Necessary Skills
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, analytical, communication and time management skills
- Strong detail orientation, as well as organization, enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment
- The ability to work well on a team, function as a leader and work independently
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with STRATA media software a plus.
