Customer Service Sales Representative

Position Overview: The Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the voice of

SPITwSPOTS, combining excellent customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach. The

position involves assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through our in-house

ticketing system to address their needs, promote our products and services, and ultimately

close sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Customer Relationship Building: Establish positive rapport with both prospects and

existing customers, understanding their internet needs and tailoring recommendations.

● Internet Package Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's internet

packages, including speeds, pricing, features, and promotions. Be able to effectively

answer customer questions and address any concerns.

● Sales Conversion: Guide prospects through the process of selecting the best internet

package, emphasizing benefits, overcoming objections, and closing sales to achieve

targets.

● Effective Communication: Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and

persuasiveness across phone, email, and potentially in-person interactions.

● Customer Support: Assisting customers in office with account questions or payments

Education, Experience and Certifications:

● A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

● Front office or sales experience preferred.
