Must 3 years of experience with the following:
· Tier I & II IT Support
· End user moves/relocation
· (IT Hardware) headset installs
· Headset troubleshooting
· Phone installs/troubleshooting
· PC builds, installs
Server Support/Troubleshooting
Linux experience is a plus
- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
- Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
