GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for management of sales operations and personnel within company guidelines. Provides staff with direction and support necessary to maximize sales results. Responsible for achieving sales goals. Ensures that each customer receives an equal and specified level of service to achieve customer satisfaction. Responsible for executing store operations in absence of Store Manager.
RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES:

RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES:
- Solves customer service concerns by providing creative solutions that are in the best interest of the company while providing the customer with a satisfactory outcome.
- Develops skills through coaching, counseling and training of sales staff.
- Establishes individual sales goals and conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews to increase individual sales performance.
- Maintains team environment by providing timely and consistent solutions to employee conflicts and policy/procedure violations in order to ensure positive employee relations and motivate the staff to achieve results.
- Recruits and hires the best qualified candidates in order to develop a sales team that will attain store goals and achieve customer results.
- Motivates Sales Associates through development and implementation of recognition programs.
- Ensures timely and accurate communication of pertinent information to store and other department personnel so that all employees can effectively and efficiently perform their jobs.
- Interacts with customers and sales staff to ensure maximum sales associate performance and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use a personal computer for data entry, extraction of information.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information to determine successful results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Minimum one-year of direct sales or retail sales experience.
- Minimum one-year prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
