Position Overview

The Trade Marketing Manager will be instrumental in driving the transformation growth plans for select product categories sold in this dynamic channel. Working closely with the Director of Trade Marketing and cross-functional peers to develop and implement strategic plans to deliver our short- and long-term growth ambitions. Brick & mortar customers and their related eCommerce platforms, often referred to as Click & Mortar, play a significant role in the growth and profitable health of LEVOLOR and its 3-year plan.

What you'll do

Channel Management & Product Assortment Strategies

  • Leads management of channel strategies aligned with business goals and objectives for assigned product categories.
  • Develops and executes revenue and investment management strategies to effectively manage product road map, price, promotion, and assortment in the brick & mortar channel for both branded and private label assortments.
  • Develops retailer activation and marketing programs related to new product development, product line changes, and growing the core business.
  • Leads end to end retailer commercialization across Click & Mortar customers.
  • All other duties as assigned

Customer/Forecast Management

  • With the director, seeks organizational alignment on major investment proposals to advance mutually beneficial LEVOLOR priorities with customers.
  • Works closely with key external and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver growth initiatives. Partners with the sales teams to build plans that will meet annual budgeted targets.
  • Contributes to SG&A budget management and forecasting process for assigned categories.
  • Utilizes data to analyze market trends to measure effectiveness of initiatives and identify market opportunities.

Organizational Management

  • Sets clear objectives and prioritizes initiatives for self and cross-functional partners.
  • Actively participates in annual objectives setting and performance review process.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
  • 3 years of Customer/Trade Marketing experience, preferred experience in CPG and/or Home Center channel.
  • A naturally curious thought leader willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and agility while paying attention to details.
  • Strong leadership skills and drive for results.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience in strategic marketing plan development.
  • Experience in cross-functional team and project management.
  • Experience working with internal or external creative agencies.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver to timelines.
  • Strong prioritization and presentation skills. Comfort with presenting to senior management.
