POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Coordinator, reporting directly to the COO, is a vital part of our team at LCC and will supplement optimal operational efficiency within and for our clients. This role blends Executive Assistant and Project Manager responsibilities, requiring experience in policy drafting, document formatting, proposal writing, and project management. The candidate must also be proficient in AI tools and emerging technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE
- Support in the management and execution of projects, both within the company and with external partners, by assisting in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting tasks.
- Conduct research and prepare policies and proposals, adhering to established formatting and editing guidelines to ensure documents meet high standards of quality.
- Apply proficiency in a variety of AI tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
- Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of internal client files, keeping all records up-to-date and correctly documented.
- Create and prepare company newsletters and other forms of corporate communication as needed.
- Provide support to the CEO and senior management in the organization, prioritization, and execution of diverse projects, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Act as the liaison for the management of all internal client documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to define and pursue strategic objectives aimed at improving operational efficiency and overall business performance.
- Lead and facilitate all assigned aspects of project management, from initiation and planning to monitoring and reporting, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Produce, format, and revise policies, proposals, and internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Employ a range of software tools such as Basecamp, Clockify, Airtable, Excel, Microsoft Office, Chat-GPT, and Google Suite for effective task management, time tracking, data organization, document creation, and financial management.

- 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, combining elements of executive support and project management. Relevant education and coursework may be considered in lieu of direct experience.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $40-44K plus healthcare benefits and a hybrid work environment with scheduled in office days as required. While traditional work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we provide a flexible work schedule to meet the demands of our dynamic organization. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
