The ideal candidate will have 3 years of defense litigation experience in the area of professional liability cases.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA approved Law School
- Must be admitted to the NJ bar
- At least 3 years of professional liability litigation experience
- Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously
- Participate in and oversee written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments
