Overview
Supports with analysis, reporting and reporting workflow design. High level of agility and manage multiple projects concurrently is required. Maintains strict organization of recurring business processes and reports. Prepares reports, business presentations and other ad-hoc financial reports as required.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provides analytical reporting support for historical cost and variance analysis for operating and capital expenses.
Prepares budgets and forecasts operating and capital expenses for various entities and business units.
Produces recurring and ad-hoc reports to management.
Ability to understand and comprehend debt instruments. Responsible for preparing amortization schedules and analyzing the effect of LIBOR interest rates and floating interest rates.
Coordinates payment of invoices with project managers, accounting and treasury staff.
Prepares business document packages for executive approval and signature.
Remains in constant communication with capital project managers and provide back-office support.
Responsible for reporting on investments and monitoring daily fluctuations from the stock market for investments held.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in Accounting or Finance; minimum 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Advanced expertise in Excel Knowledge to include constructing complex equations, consolidating data from various files with formulas, and index match formulas and vlookup to bring in data. SAP, VBA Programming and SQL or Microsoft Access is preferred.
