Accounts Receivable Associate
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an internationally recognized and expanding law firm based in St. Louis, Missouri. The AR Associate performs a variety of tasks in regards to client trust accounts.

Responsibilities of the Job
- Import & Post client payments to their trust accounts
- Applies funds from client Trust Accounts to client General Account via Escrow Process.
- Post Autopay payments to client’s General Accounts
- Processes locally received payments via remote capture
- Resolve Help Desk Issues via Service Now
- Issue refund checks after clients are Legal Work Complete
- Assist in departmental projects.
- Other duties and Support as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Accounting preferred
- 1 year of accounting experience required
- Proficient Excel skills required
- Detailed oriented & extremely organized
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
