Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is a valuable leader of the marketing team who keeps all projects moving forward as well as managers vendor relationships and directly supervises the Digital Marketing team. They are responsible for delivering and building development projects of varying size and complexity. This position is responsible for directing, organizing, and controlling project activities, under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Executive team, and External Relations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead content creation strategy and efforts and execute creative performance across marketing channels used in creating demand
- Develop and oversee digital campaign strategy, which incorporates customer facing communication strategy, customer path/journey and digital media mix
- Attend marketing meetings and assist with development of project scope and timeframes
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Public Relations to execute client goals
- Simultaneously leading and managing multiple projects, in close collaboration with our Marketing team, clients and IT team.
- Manage media budgets and identify and manager external agency and vendors
- Understand current and potential customers
- Ensures timely delivery of all commitments and on all projects.
- Understands and uses market research, industry trend data and forecasting to develop compelling content strategies that align with client objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of marketing experience and at least 1 – 2 years of project management experience
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics is a Must
- Strong professional reputation with high degree of energy, integrity, and a positive perspective.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Aware of technology and trends with online marketing (Google, social media, etc.)
