We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to provide administrative and operational sales support to our internal sales team and to work closely with the fulfillment team to process incoming orders.
Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of orders accurately and efficiently
- Review orders for accuracy and complete details
- Assisting with invoicing and billing related to sales
- Collaboration with sales team on order issues and follow ups
- Assist with additional projects and tasks related to revenue opportunities as they arise
- Provide customer service and a positive attitude when dealing with sales team
