Account Executive Job Description: In this important role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products, services and content within your assigned territory.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed strategic plans for growing business.
- Identify, qualify, manage and close on a strong pipeline of leads.
- Deliver actionable forecasts, and customer, competitive and market intelligence.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of LexisNexis products, content and solutions.
- Articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to secure new business.
Account Executive Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience generating new business sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Business-to-business sales experience.
- A new business “hunter” mentality.
- Strong prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques and CRM systems.

Full-Time
Account Executive Salary: 38K base with 84K OTE, and an average total comp of 90-120K per year with top performers ranging 125-175K.
Salary : $8,500,000 - $17,500,000
