Finance Manager

Job Summary:
The Finance Manager at Lexus of Maplewood is responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the dealership including banking, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management. This is a full-time, individual contributor role within the Auto industry located in Maplewood, Minnesota. The Finance Manager will work closely with the dealership’s leadership team to ensure the financial success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets for the dealership.
- Manage cash flow, oversee banking and credit lines, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Work with the dealership’s sales team on financing options for customers.
- Oversee inventory management and track vehicle sales and purchases.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for dealership leadership.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
- Train and supervise finance department staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Auto industry.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
