We are looking for an eCommerce Platform Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon Marketplace account with ideally 2 years experience handling Amazon Marketplace or with knowledge of the platform so they become the resident Amazon Expert at LFA Machines. They will grow the sales of our products and our brand recognition in Amazon. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and creative individual with constant curiosity and attention to detail.

Job responsibilities include:

• Planning, developing, and implementing a strategy for Amazon marketplace to grow our presence and bring quality traffic while maintaining brand integrity.
• Handling the existing Amazon channels and working with translators when needed.
• Optimizing and enhancing product titles, descriptions, categorization, images, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales and periodically reassess them.
• Analyzing, executing, and optimizing a keyword research strategy which identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic.
• Preparing continuous performance updates.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance, rankings, and customer reviews to make recommendations that enhance rankings and performance.
• Handling all Amazon queries and complaints and using appropriate Amazon follow-up tools to grow reviews and customer engagement.
• Keeping up to date with Amazon selling policies and code of conduct, and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborating with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities and categories to drive incremental growth.
• Translating consumer segment data & insights into specific category assortment, merchandising, advertising/promotions, and pricing strategies while maintaining gross margin goals.
• Identifying current and forecasting trends in the Amazon platform.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years in an eCommerce role, specifically handling Amazon.
• Strategic, analytical and creative thinker that is able to create and develop new methods for improvement.
• Experience with A/B tests.
• Acute sense of brand and customer insight.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and great at getting things done with available time and data.
• Business or Marketing degree preferred.
