Position Description
LGCY Power is seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our sales teams. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with internal and external departments to create a positive and streamlined experience for all sales representatives. This position is responsible for efficiently supporting and managing their pipeline effectively by providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Generate weekly reports of total pipeline progress and sales with sales leadership and meet with sales teams to identify potential bottlenecks
- Review and submit all necessary documentation/ financial information needed to advance accounts through LGCY financial partners to provide Notice To Proceed (NTP)
- Manage the pipeline of the project from the sale through PTO (Permission To Operate) and address any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Branch Coordinator to resolve any missing loan or contract documentation
- Ensure Sales Representative schedules the site survey and obtains required documentation from the homeowner
- Review interconnection portals to provide detailed responses to sales representatives
- Work with financial institutions and sales representatives to secure and finalize solar loans
- Provide excellent customer service to Sales Representatives by assisting with Change Orders, design revisions, and other sales action related tasks
- Follow-up with customers on specific account needs on an ad hoc basis
- All other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2 years of experience in the solar industry is required
- 2 years of account management is required
- Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus
- Experience in Goodleap and other financial institutions is a plus
- Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using computer applications such as all Microsoft software
