Essential Functions
Responsible for coordinating, planning and evaluating services in responsible areas utilizing participative management skills. Maintains responsibility for the deployment and enhancement of human and material resources. Facilitates and participates in the delivery of quality patient care with/as the Charge Nurse(s). Contributes to the Nursing Department and hospital through support of the philosophy and objectives of the hospital.
Education & Experience
License Requirements
- Current RN license in state of Louisiana
- Current CPR and ACLS certification
Experience Requirements
- Two years inpatient rehabilitation management experience, preferred
- Involvement in budgetary processes, personnel management, and infection control practices
- Complete FIM (Functional Independence Measure) training and pass FIM Competency Test

Salary : $71,500 - $90,500
