Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Job Type: Fully Onsite, Contract – 3 - 4 months
Compensation/Benefits: $20-$22 an hour DOE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Assistant to join our client in Tualatin, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of one year of experience in accounts payable and possess strong Excel skills. This is a full-time, contract, on-site role.

Responsibilities:
- Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
- Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
- Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
