A large company is partnering with LHH to search for a temporary accounting professional to help with a special project. The manager will provide training and you will be working mostly in Microsoft Excel. This project should be wrapped up in a few months. The team is working a hybrid schedule after being fully onsite for training so you will need to be located close to Seattle, WA. One of the main tasks will be connecting with their clients over phone calls and emails so you need to have professional communication skills. Main Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to clients to update account information
- Tracking progress in Excel spreadsheets
- Following up on any missing information
- Reconciling daily reports
- Additional tasks as needed
- At least a year of office or accounting experience
- Professional communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and document progress
- High attention to detail and extreme accuracy
- Able to work independently without managerial oversight
- Temporary for three months
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hybrid after training
