Requirements:
- 3 years of recent commercial collections experience
- Cash applications
- Working knowledge of Excel to include pivot tables, vlookup, sumif
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Manage a portfolio of up to 200 accounts
- Payment negotiation
- Payment posting/research of unapplied or misapplied cash
- Credit holds/releases
- Resolution of account discrepancies
- Account reconciliations
