Clerical Assistant
Do you have strong administrative or clerical experience and are looking for a new role! LHH Recruitment Solutions has several open positions and we are looking for excellent candidates like you! These positions range in compensation and employment type.
Compensation: Commensurate upon experience - $17-$22
Responsibilities:
Assist with entering data into various software systems
Schedule Appointments for internal and external parties
Greet visitors and assist with any needs
Man the office phone line, transfer calls, and take messages as needed
Use various office machinery to make copies, print and scan documents, fax documents and more
Assist with incoming requests from customers and staff over email
Various receptionist duties including sorting incoming mail and distributing packages
Qualifications:
1 years of Administrative experience
High School Diploma
Some College Preferred
Data Entry, Scheduling, or Customer Service Skills preferred
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
