Job Posting: Customer Account Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)
Pay Rate: $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience level

Position Overview: The Customer Account Analyst will play a crucial role within the Customer Management team, specifically supporting the Northeast Regionals. Responsibilities:
- Daily/Weekly Reporting: Generate reports, provide analytics, and offer insights for distribution to key stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct analysis as needed for internal (e.g., In Market Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews) and external meetings (e.g., Joint Business Planning).
- Osprey Management: Manage all inputs for Northeast Regional accounts and C&S Wholesale, including volume forecasts, POS updates, and trade inputs.
- Customer Forecast Review (CFR): Collaborate with CAMs and Analytics Manager to prepare and present data and insights at monthly sales forecasting meetings.
- Trade Promotions: Work with Acosta and internal partners to manage deductions and maintain trade promotions in Osprey.
- Support CAM with Customer Plans: Maintain sales plans and offline planners to achieve customer objectives.
- Project Management: Assist with projects as required.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the director, CAMs, and cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
- 2 years of experience with Sales forecast/Trade funds management (TPM) systems preferred.
- 2 years of experience working with data.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel; ability to build reports from raw data.
- Ability to convert database downloads into user-friendly formats to support decision-making.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional financial teams.
- Previous analyst roles in traditional CPG companies preferred.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience influencing decisions using data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
