Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry and file management
- Previous customer support experience (both written and over the phone)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
