The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
- Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies
- Maintain data integrity by following data program techniques and procedures
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks related to data management
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks to meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- 40 hours per week
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00am-5:00pm PST
- Onsite role

- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
