Donor Services Coordinator
LHH is hiring several Donor Services Coordinators for a Non-Profit organization in Franklin, TN! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Donor Services experience and has very strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus! These are contract-to-hire opportunities, and our client is looking to interview as early as next week!
Responsibilities :
- Process inbound and outbound calls with donors, and provide top-tier customer service
- Update donor records in Salesforce and log all communication
- Identify and collaborate with donors around increased engagement opportunities
- Electronic file management and data tracking via MS Excel
Qualifications :
- 1 year of Donor Services experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required, Salesforce preferred
- Must have strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be Donor-centric, and provide empathy and care when needed
Pay Range : $19-22 / HR
Working Hours : Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
Worksite Type : 100% in-office
