I am currently working with a leading AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an attorney who specializes in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation to join their Denver office.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Advising employers on the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits plans, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and stock option programs.
- Ensuring compliance with federal laws, including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Affordable Care Act (ACA), and other relevant regulations.
- Structuring executive compensation packages.
- Advising on the tax implications of executive compensation plans.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Colorado.
- 3 years of legal experience advising on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
