What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Senior Living Director position at LHH?
LHH is partnering with a tenured client of ours to support in their search for an Executive Director for their community east of Oakland, CA. This position will oversee customer service and success, site operations, budgeting and financial support, and strategic development of staff and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the staff of all departments (AP/AR, payroll, technicians and maintenance, HR, business and office management, facilities management, etc)
- Budget management, performance management, hiring, and employee engagement
- Strategic development and planning of processes, quality assurance, compliance, and safety and health protocols on site.
- Customer service focus; dedication to the families and teams as well as the residents
- Investigation of internal issues, culture, retention of staff and residents, etc
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years in Hospitality Management - ideally 2 years in senior living/retirement
- Ability to create agreements and support OSHA inspection preparation and response
- Knowledge and execution of superior customer service
- Operations management of maintenance, budgeting, audits, financial documentation, and safety.
