LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an FP&A Manager for a leading company in the environmental industry, located in Argyle, Texas. This role is vital for strategic financial planning, involving cross-departmental collaboration, financial data analysis, and the preparation of reports to provide key insights for senior management's decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts across multiple projects, including investment and portfolio management.
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, providing variance analysis and explanations.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Review income statements and balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
• Oversee monthly revenue and expense reporting, ensuring financial accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
• Lead and manage financial projects such as cost analysis, ROI assessments, and client/customer growth analysis to guide business success.
• Partner with various departments, acting as a key financial advisor and business partner across functions.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards using large datasets, delivering key insights to executive leadership.

Client Requirements:

• At least seven years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
• A CFA or CPA is a plus but not required.
