What are the responsibilities and job description for the FP&A Manager position at LHH?
LHH is partnering with a reputable marketing firm to support their need for an FP&A Manager. This position will be on a Contract basis and will be hybrid in Brooklyn, NY. There could be permanent potential for the right candidate.
Primary Functions:
- Assist to develop budgets and manage forecasts
- Perform budget v. actual variance analysis and include commentary for the senior management team
- Manage monthly financial activity to ensure compliance
- Develop ad-hoc financial models, analyses, etc.
- Assist with audits
- Manage month- and year-end closings
Minimum Requirements:
- 7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Workday experience required
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Compensation: $50 - $75/hr, depending on experience.
