What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fund Accountant position at LHH?
LHH has partnered with a long-standing client seeking a fund accountant to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a new college graduate looking to get experience in the accounting field and grow with a great organization. This is a contract to hire role with hourly pay of $24.65/hour. This role will be hybrid upon completion of training.
Responsibilities:
Day to Day accounting and administration servicing for clients
Attention to detail, monitoring high value accounts
Morning reports, checking activity, checking deposits, daily bank reconciliation research
Coordination and support of audits, correspondence with investment managers regarding daily fund inquiries
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Excel sills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance preferred - will consider those with Economics, Math, General Business Management
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
