LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a HR Generalist for a Direct Hire opportunity with a client in the Manufacturing industry. This role is onsite based in the Mauldin, SC area. In this role you will play a crucial part in recruiting, managing employee relations, and leading various HRIS projects.
Responsibilities:
Work hours: M-F / 8am - 5pm
Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support HR processes in Workday and JDE systems, including benefits enrollment, salary adjustments, and personnel changes.
- Oversee hiring processes for salaried and hourly positions, from job postings and recruitment events to candidate sourcing and onboarding.
- Provide guidance on HR systems, policies, and procedures to management and plant administrators, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
- Administer and manage regional HR projects and programs, such as employee relations, training initiatives, development programs, and compliance with company policies.
- At least 1-3 years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar setting
- Experience with HRIS systems
