HR Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HR Manager in the Knoxville area. In this role you will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
  • Automating and streamlining the onboarding process
  • Training new/inexperienced managers
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Negotiating Benefits with providers
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR

    • Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3yrs of human resource management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • HRIS and talent management systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
