Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and change management.
- Partner with business units to understand their goals and challenges, and develop HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
- Lead and support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication, coaching, and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions in areas such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to monitor trends, measure HR effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead or support HR projects and initiatives aligned with business priorities, ensuring successful implementation and impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure HR practices and policies are current and compliant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree and/or HR certification preferred)
- Proven experience (5 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results through effective HR strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently.
