The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our senior living community. This role ensures the effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position is direct hire and will pay between $70K and $95K annually depending on education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the senior living or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
