LHH is seeking an Human Resources Generalist for a Direct Hire position with a growing company in Mooresville, NC! The ideal candidate has 3 years HR experience in recruitment and onboarding within manufacturing. This role is moving quickly, so please apply if interested!
Responsibilities:
Onboard new employees and facilitate new hire orientations and safety trainings
Assist in recruiting efforts including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates
Maintain employee files in HRIS
Track employee time and attendance
Update employee schedules
Assist employees with benefits administration
Assist with employee relations
Answer employee questions
Track FMLA, STD, LTD, and ADA administration
Coordinate employee events and recognition
Assist with compensation changes and payroll processing requests
Qualifications:
3 years of HR experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
HRIS experience, ADP experience is a plus
Understanding of Federal, State and Local employment laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Manufacturing experience is a plus
