What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist position at LHH?

A Temp to Hire Marketing Specialist job is currently available courtesy of LHH Recruitment Solutions. Our client, a tech company based in Washington, D.C. is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join their team.

This position requires experience in marketing as well as content creation (visual and written). In addition to a great culture, this team and company are working remotely.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for email marketing. Creating the marketing calendar and content. Distribute using email marketing software.
  • Use data from CRM to build email marketing efforts
  • Prepare reports on email campaigns
  • Develop and edit presentations
  • Assist with graphic design and other creative needs
  • Daily upkeep of the website to update photos, videos, documents etc.
  • Interpret and report metrics on website visits
  • Utilize analytic programs, CRM and A/B testing on marketing efforts
  • Craft creative and interesting web content and email communications for targeted audiences

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area with at least two years' experience directly related to the duties of the position
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Knowledge of Adobe and/or Google analytics, A/B testing, advanced analytics
  • Experience with CMS programs
  • Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

    • Temporary Pay: $25-32/hr depending on experience
