What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mergers and Acquisitions Associate position at LHH?

LHH is assisting an AmLaw firm in their search for a corporate M&A attorney to join their growing Atlanta office. The right candidate will have at least 3 solid years of experience in the following:


  • Experience in due diligence
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
  • Coordinating closings and post closing matters
  • Entity formation and governance
  • Experience with joint venture and commercial contracts
  • Top educational credentials from a tier 1 law school
  • Be barred to practice in Georgia, plan to sit for the upcoming bar exam or be able to waive in
