Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

- Coordinate and facilitate office logistics, such as scheduling meetings, organizing company events, and maintaining office calendars.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.

- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices to ensure cost-effective operations.

- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing orientation.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

- Support HR with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll.

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office equipment.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a problem-solving attitude.

- Experience in a tech company or startup environment is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
