What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist position at LHH?
We have partnered with a Frisco TX client to find a Payroll Specialist for direct hire role paying up to $70k.
The Job:
Process multiple monthly international payroll submissions, provide back up to semi-monthly US payroll, and ensuring timely submission via payroll systems.
Process file feeds from payroll to the appropriate carriers after each payroll processing cycle
Communicated with managers or team members to resolve questions or gather missing payroll related information
Reconcile timecard entries and assist with leave balance inquiries, corrections or calculations
Produce reports for Accounting and Finance, in addition to tax and benefits related needs
Post payroll reconciliations and reports for review by the Senior Global Payroll Analyst
Review and complete year-end processes for W-2 and ACA compliance
Complete and review Year-end processes for international pay groups
Ensure customer success to team members by responding to requests and answering payroll related Team Member questions
Administer benefit enrollment and change information in 3rd party international payroll system
Maintain team member data in HRIS system
Set up new hire profiles in HRIS system
Responsible for administrative off-boarding of team members
Conduct audits of various payroll, benefit or other HR programs
Ensure compliance of internal audit procedures
Assist with various special departmental projects
