Job Title: Process Manager

City: Boulder, CO
Salary: $30/hr to start (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Evaluate current processes and procedures and determine areas for improvement in the following areas:
Corrective Actions
Process Documentation
Process Audit and Risk Assessment
Create or revamp tracking and documentation processes
Assess processes for potential risk and advise on compliance for the company (manufacturing industry)
Conduct Root-Cause Analyses and advise leaders on recommended next actions
Work to improve processes for potential implementation throughout the company across US & Global sites
Standardize processes and procedures within the Boulder branch and bring into line with corporate SOP’s
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
Experience in Process Management, HR Process evaluation/implementation, or Operations Process development (required)
Comfortability using CRM software
Ability to see the “big picture”
Ability to connect with and solicit information from low- to high-level employees
Experience with start-to-finish project management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with process and procedure writing, SOP’s, and risk auditing practices
Experience in the manufacturing industry strongly preferred
