Responsibilities:
- Maintaining flow of documents, records, and reports
- Keep up with project status updates
- Project planning
- Working with various vendors to get certain documents or permits in place
- Identifying project material requirements, preparing procurement schedules, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials to the construction site
- Project Evaluation and overseeing field operations
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
- Access and resolve high priority project risks
- Allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and subcontractors
- Generate Purchase and Work Orders.
- Budgeting project
- Assist the team ensure project meets deadlines.
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Must effectively manage time and details
- Purchase Order Experience is a plus
- Must have at least one year of project coordination experience
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
