Quality Manager
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality management system including: Standard Operating Procedures for production, product testing and development, supplier audits, etc
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
- Lead both direct reports and cross function teams/projects. Provide consistent communication and project management to meet business objectives.
- Partner with cross functional teams on Continuous Improvement initiatives while insuring product still meets minimum requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- ISO 9001, ISO 27000 experience
- 5 years' relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
