Pay Range: $25-30 per hour

If so, we want you to join this team as a Full Cycle Recruiter in Lafayette, CA.
Position Overview: As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with the company's values and goals. Your mission will be to ensure that the team is comprised of individuals who are not only skilled and experienced but also share our passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with our company culture
Manage the interview process, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and conducting post-interview feedback sessions
Utilize Greenhouse software to track candidate progress, manage pipelines, and generate insightful recruitment reports
Leverage your experience in nonprofit organizations to understand the unique requirements of roles within our sector
Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance our hiring strategies
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably with a focus on nonprofit and healthcare organizations
Familiarity with Greenhouse software is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and align them with role requirements
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other team members
A genuine passion for our company's mission and values
High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidential information

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 PER HOUR
