LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to join our client's team on a 4-6 month contract basis. This role is crucial in supporting their Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire a high-quality, diverse workforce. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews, including candidate travel arrangements.
- Create and post new job requisitions.
- Track and document candidate communications and processes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Process candidate expenses for reimbursement.
- Support recruiting events such as job and career fairs.
- Provide high-quality customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, Human Capital, and other key internal stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition strategies.
- 1 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software.
- Energetic, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
