Remote Logistics Coordinator
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading logistics company to fill their open Remote Logistics Coordinator job. To qualify, you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You will work fully remote using company-provided equipment. You will earn between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour in this TEMPORARY assignment that is expected to last at least through the end of the year. Depending on your performance and our client's needs, the assignment could be extended or result in a permanent position in the company. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Planning and coordinating global logistics through air, sea, auto, and truck
-Providing excellent customer service and status updates to customers
-Setting realistic expectations for delivery times
-Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies
-Working with vendors to negotiate the best rates
-Tracking and processing billing paperwork
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
-Fluency in another language preferred
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $22.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on your level of previous experience
