Sales Assistant
LHH is looking for a Sales Assistant for one of our clients, an international consumer products company with offices here in Farmingdale, NY.
This person will be assisting with supporting their Sales team but NOT selling or cold calling. This person will be primarily answer client questions, providing quotes for products / services, processing purchase orders and coordinating logistics / inventory.
This is a 100% on-site, temp to perm position and has a starting hourly salary that is between $30-35 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Submitting quotes to clients and inputting purchase orders
- Answer questions regarding products, shipping and inventory
- Update sales team on client feedback and needs
- Research product inventory through Excel to find available products
- Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies
Requirements :
- Client or customer service support experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
